Prize Draw Rules

Below are the rules that apply to all the prize draws that appear on the site. In addition to these rules there may be special terms & conditions included

Havering homes is a UK site. All prize draws are open to holders of a full UK driving licence

Only one entry per household per prize draw will be accepted

Persons and relatives connected with Havering Homes Ltd or any of the prize draw sponsors are ineligible.

Winners will be selected at random by computer after Havering homes has received payment from one hundred and fifty customers and will normally be notified by email or telephone within 72 hours, Winners will be asked to provide proof of their postal address before winnings / prizes are dispatched

Winners of major prizes will be required to supply a photograph and give full permission for this to be used in any future promotional material by Havering homes and any of its subsiduary companies.

Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be void.

All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted.
